Abstract

In a constantly evolving economic and social context, organizations — whether public or private, local or international — face complex challenges that question their operational models and strategies. Globalization, digital transformation, shifting societal expectations, and successive crises (economic, health, geopolitical) require continuous adaptation and a reassessment of traditional management approaches.

This edition offers an in-depth reflection on contemporary organizational issues, drawing on multidisciplinary perspectives from management sciences, economics, sociology, and law. It aims to explore the internal and external dynamics influencing organizational performance, governance, innovation, and resilience.

Contributions are invited to analyze the major challenges organizations face: new forms of work and management, the impact of emerging technologies, corporate social and environmental responsibility, the transformation of business models, and crisis adaptation strategies. Emphasis is placed on bridging theoretical frameworks with empirical realities to provide relevant insights into possible solutions for today’s challenges.

By highlighting the structural and situational factors shaping organizational evolution, this publication seeks to foster scientific debate and offer innovative perspectives for more effective, ethical, and sustainable management.
