La gestion électronique des ressources humaines (e-GRH) comme levier de performance sociale via le contrôle de gestion dans le secteur bancaire

Resumo

Face à la transformation numérique des entreprises, la gestion électronique des ressources humaines (e-GRH) est devenue un levier stratégique, en particulier dans les secteurs fortement régulés comme la banque. Cet article s’est donné pour objectif d’analyser l’impact de la e-GRH sur le contrôle de gestion sociale (CGS) et, par extension, sur la performance sociale des entreprises bancaires au Maroc. Pour ce faire, une méthodologie par modèles à équations structurelles (SEM), enrichie d’une approche bayésienne, a été adoptée afin de capter les relations complexes entre variables latentes. Les données ont été recueillies à travers un questionnaire administré auprès de 200 professionnels du secteur bancaire, issus de cinq grandes régions du Maroc. Les résultats révèlent que la e-GRH a un effet direct significatif sur la performance sociale, et un effet encore plus fort sur le CGS, qui joue un rôle médiateur structurant. L’effet total estimé de la e-GRH sur la performance sociale est particulièrement élevé (0.75), soulignant l’importance d’une stratégie numérique intégrée.
