This study conducts a systematic and bibliometric review of the recent literature 2020–2025 on the complex relationship between management innovation and organizational performance. In a context of crises and digital acceleration, it reveals that this link is not direct but mediated by organizational capabilities, particularly resilience and agility, and moderated by digital transformation. Based on 42 articles from Scopus and using VOSviewer, the analysis identifies three interconnected thematic clusters: a strategic cluster « managerial innovation, dynamic capabilities, resilience », a transformational cluster « change, agility, learning », and a performance cluster « organizational performance, digital, CSR ». It shows a shift toward processual modeling and highlights fragmentation in scientific collaboration. In conclusion, management innovation emerges as a strategic lever for building resilient organizations, whose effectiveness depends on their digital maturity. The study calls for an integrated theorization of digital management innovation and increased attention to the social and environmental dimensions of performance.
