The Role of Industry 4.0 in Sustainable Supply Chain: A Systematic Literature Review

Ces dernières années, les entreprises ont cherché de plus en plus à mettre en œuvre les technologies de l'industrie 4.0 (I4.0) afin de tirer parti de nouvelles opportunités pour améliorer leurs processus de gestion et atteindre des niveaux de durabilité plus élevés. Cette tendance a été largement stimulée par la dynamique de la quatrième révolution industrielle et l'émergence des chaînes d'approvisionnement numériques. Si le potentiel de transformation de ces technologies sur l'activité industrielle a été largement documenté, leur rôle spécifique dans la promotion de la durabilité reste un domaine de recherche relativement nouveau et peu exploré. Pour combler cette lacune, l'objectif de cette étude est d'enrichir l'état actuel des connaissances en passant systématiquement en revue et en synthétisant les contributions récentes qui examinent le potentiel durable de l'Industrie 4.0 dans le domaine de la gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement (SCM).
Sur le plan méthodologique, cet article utilise le cadre PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses), qui fournit un protocole structuré et transparent pour la réalisation d'analyses systématiques. En appliquant cette approche, seules les études évaluées par des pairs et indexées dans des bases de données internationalement reconnues telles que Scopus, Web of Science et ScienceDirect sont prises en compte. Ce processus de sélection rigoureux garantit à la fois la crédibilité et la reproductibilité des résultats. Au-delà de la garantie d'une méthodologie robuste, le cadre PRISMA facilite l'identification des tendances clés, des lacunes récurrentes et des thèmes de recherche émergents. Plus précisément, il met en évidence la manière dont les technologies de l'industrie 4.0 permettent aux chaînes d'approvisionnement de devenir plus résistantes aux perturbations, plus efficaces en termes de ressources grâce à l'optimisation numérique et plus respectueuses de l'environnement, conformément aux impératifs de durabilité.
