Résumé

Face aux défis de transformation durable et à la pression croissante exercée sur les ressources, le secteur hôtelier notamment les structures indépendantes, est confronté à la nécessité d’innover avec des moyens limités. L’émergence de logiques d’innovation ouverte et le recours croissant à des solutions d’intelligence artificielle frugale ouvrent des perspectives nouvelles pour améliorer la performance environnementale, sociale et économique de ces établissements, tout en répondant aux Objectifs de Développement Durable (ODD).

Pourtant, peu d’études croisent aujourd’hui les approches frugales, l’innovation ouverte et les potentialités de l’IA accessible, dans un secteur aussi stratégique que l’hôtellerie au Sud. L’ Objectif de la recherché est d’explorer comment l’IA frugale et l’innovation ouverte peuvent contribuer conjointement à la réalisation des ODD dans l’hôtellerie indépendante, en s’appuyant sur une étude exploratoire menée dans la région du Souss Massa (Maroc). Elle cherche à identifier :

-Les leviers internes et externes favorisant une innovation ouverte à faible intensité capitalistique,

-Le rôle catalyseur des technologies frugales (notamment l’IA accessible ou low-tech),

-Et les retombées potentielles sur la performance durable des établissements hôteliers.
