Resumo

Cette recherche vise à analyser le rôle des capacités dynamiques dans la transformation numérique des hôpitaux publics marocains, à partir du cas du CHU Hassan II de Fès. Elle examine plus précisément comment les processus de détection des besoins, de saisie/mobilisation des ressources et de reconfiguration organisationnelle structurent cette transformation.

L’étude adopte une démarche qualitative interprétative fondée sur une étude de cas unique. Les données ont été collectées au moyen de quinze entretiens semi-directifs menés auprès d’acteurs stratégiques, administratifs, techniques et clinico-opérationnels du CHU. L’échantillonnage est raisonné, afin de couvrir les principaux profils impliqués dans les projets numériques hospitaliers.

Les données ont été analysées sous MAXQDA selon une double approche lexicale et thématique. Les résultats montrent que la transformation numérique ne se limite pas à l’adoption d’outils technologiques, mais implique une recomposition des pratiques, des routines, de la coordination et du pilotage hospitalier.

L’étude conclut que les capacités dynamiques constituent un cadre pertinent pour comprendre les conditions organisationnelles de la transformation numérique des hôpitaux publics marocains.
