Resumo

Este estudo tem como objetivo investigar de que forma os perfis dos gestores de escolas secundárias privadas em Marrocos, incluindo as suas caraterísticas sociodemográficas e de gestão, afectam a resiliência organizacional. Além disso, examina o papel moderador da inovação nesta relação. A investigação utiliza um instrumento de inquérito concebido para recolher dados de gestores de escolas secundárias privadas em Marrocos. O quadro concetual inclui variáveis como o perfil dos líderes (sociodemográfico e de gestão), a resiliência organizacional (capacidade de antecipação e de adaptação) e a inovação. Testamos hipóteses para determinar os efeitos diretos dos perfis dos líderes na resiliência e o efeito moderador da inovação. Os resultados preliminares indicam que certas caraterísticas sociodemográficas e de gestão dos gestores de escolas secundárias influenciam significativamente a resiliência das suas instituições. Para além disso, a presença de práticas inovadoras parece reforçar o impacto positivo destes perfis de líderes na resiliência organizacional. O estudo fornecerá provas empíricas de que os perfis dos gestores de escolas secundárias privadas em Marrocos desempenham um papel na resiliência organizacional. Além disso, a promoção da inovação dentro destas instituições influencia ainda mais este efeito. Estes conhecimentos oferecerão uma orientação valiosa aos líderes educativos e aos decisores políticos que pretendem construir ambientes educativos resilientes.
