A Transformação Digital e a Otimização do Processo de Recrutamento

Num ambiente marcado pelas mudanças tecnológicas e pelo aumento da competitividade entre as empresas, a função de recursos humanos é confrontada com o desafio de mudar e adaptar as suas práticas para ser mais estratégica e mais eficaz.
A integração da tecnologia na gestão dos recursos humanos de uma empresa parece ser a melhor solução para este problema. Estas ferramentas, nomeadamente os sites de recrutamento, os softwares e as redes sociais, oferecem novas possibilidades e oportunidades às organizações, nomeadamente no processo de recrutamento. Este último representa um desafio estratégico para qualquer organização, uma vez que o pessoal é um dos principais fatores de desempenho. Neste sentido, o objetivo deste artigo é analisar o impacto da transformação digital no processo de recrutamento.
