In an environment marked by technological changes and increased competitiveness between companies, the HR function is faced with the problem of evolving and adapting its practices in order to be simultaneously more strategic and more efficient.
The integration of technology in the management of human resources seems to be the best solution to this problem. Indeed, these tools, notably recruitment websites, software and social networks, offer new possibilities and opportunities to organizations, specifically in the recruitment process. The latter is a strategic issue for any organization since the staff is a major lever of performance. The objective of this article is to highlight the impact of digital transformations on the recruitment process.
