Repenser l’adoption de l’intelligence artificielle dans l’enseignement supérieur : une étude bibliométrique des barrières, des enjeux éthiques et des défis de gouvernance

Ce travail présente une analyse bibliométrique des recherches récentes portant sur l'intégration de l'intelligence artificielle (IA) dans l'enseignement supérieur, en mettant particulièrement l'accent sur les obstacles rencontrés, les dilemmes éthiques soulevés et les enjeux de gouvernance associés. L'étude repose sur un corpus de 803 articles évalués par les paires, extraits de la base de données Web of Science sur la période 2020-2024. L'analyse a été conduite à l'aide des outils VOSviewer et Biblioshiny, permettant d'identifier les mots-clés les plus fréquemment cooccurrents, les contributeurs majeurs, les réseaux de collaboration à l'échelle mondiale, ainsi que les clusters thématiques structurants.
Les résultats mettent en évidence une forte orientation des travaux vers les modèles d'acceptation des technologies (notamment l'UTAUT et le TAM) et l'intégration pédagogique de l'IA. Toutefois, plusieurs lacunes critiques subsistent, en particulier en ce qui concerne la protection des données personnelles, les biais algorithmiques, l'absence de cadres réglementaires solides, ainsi que la faible représentation des pays en développement dans les publications scientifiques et les réseaux de collaboration académique. L'étude souligne l'importance de renforcer les dispositifs de gouvernance éthique, de développer des politiques inclusives pour accompagner l'essor de l'IA dans les pays du Sud, et de promouvoir des partenariats scientifiques plus équilibrés à l'échelle internationale.
