Morocco's three basic pension schemes (CMR, RCAR and CNSS) were reformed separately in 2016, 2021 and 2025, yet their combined effect on fairness between insured persons has never been assessed. Using the model-worker method, this paper measures the generosity of the rules in force in 2025 and compares it with that of the former rules. For a typical employee, we compute the replacement rate, the real internal rate of return (IRR), the payback period, the benefit-to-contribution ratio and the money's worth ratio (MWR), using the World Health Organization life table for Morocco and including survivors' benefits. For a 35-year career, the real IRR is 3.6% at RCAR, 2.3% at CNSS and 0.95% at CMR. The rules introduced by the 2016 reform reduce the CMR money's worth ratio from 1.50 to 0.71; when the transitional rules are applied to entry cohorts, the ratio falls from 1.11 for civil servants hired in 1995 to 0.71 for those hired in 2017. When only employee contributions are counted, every MWR exceeds 1. At CNSS, the full rate is reached after about 24 years of contributions, generosity is concentrated on short careers, and the nominal ceiling of MAD 6,000 erodes the entitlements of full careers. These gaps hold under fifteen sensitivity tests and support a convergence of accrual rules and the indexation of the CNSS ceiling to average wages.
