Intelligence territoriale et performance des PME en territoire peripherique
Le role mediateur de l'entrepreneuriat local. Une etude empirique par pls-sem dans la province de Boujdour (Maroc)

Pesquisas sobre inteligência territorial sugerem que o conhecimento estratégico compartilhado pode fortalecer a capacidade de ação das empresas locais; contudo, os mecanismos pelos quais a inteligência territorial se traduz em desempenho das PME ainda permanecem insuficientemente especificados. Este artigo argumenta que o empreendedorismo local constitui o principal mecanismo de transmissão que liga a inteligência territorial ao desempenho das pequenas e médias empresas (PME). O modelo foi testado em uma amostra de 128 PME localizadas na província de Boujdour, Marrocos, utilizando a modelagem de equações estruturais por mínimos quadrados parciais (PLS-SEM).
Os resultados mostram que a inteligência territorial afeta positivamente o empreendedorismo local (β = 0,455; p < 0,001) e que o empreendedorismo local afeta positivamente o desempenho das PME (β = 0,473; p < 0,001). O efeito indireto é significativo (β = 0,215; p < 0,001), enquanto o efeito direto residual da inteligência territorial sobre o desempenho das PME não é significativo (β = 0,073; p = 0,401). Com um VAF de 74,6%, os resultados indicam um forte efeito de mediação, transmitido em sua maior parte pelo empreendedorismo local.
O estudo contribui para a teoria dos ecossistemas empreendedores ao posicionar a inteligência territorial como uma infraestrutura cognitiva e relacional capaz de ativar as dinâmicas empreendedoras locais.
