Resumo

This study investigates the impact of digital leadership on business performance in Morocco, surveying 58 leading companies in the key economic cities of Rabat, Salé, Casablanca, and Tanger. Selected for their pioneering role in digital adoption, these cities represent the country's sectoral diversity, providing a comprehensive view of digital leadership dynamics.
Based on a 90% response rate, correlation techniques were applied to analyze data collected through a detailed questionnaire distributed electronically. The findings emphasize the critical role of integrating digital technologies into leadership strategies to enhance business competitiveness.
